Birmingham video production that turns businesses into stories worth watching.
Most businesses don't fail because their product isn't good enough — they fail because nobody's watching. We shoot, edit and deliver video in-house that gets attention, builds trust and brings in new clients.
Trusted by businesses, venues and events across Birmingham and the West Midlands

Who are we
A production team that actually delivers.
We're a small Birmingham video crew. Give us a brief and we'll turn it into video worth sharing — corporate content, brand films, social clips, whatever gets your story across.
Conferences, award nights, product launches and staff events — one crew handling video, photography and livestream, so you're not juggling three different bookings on the day.
Our ongoing content partnership — one filming day turned into a month of story-driven video, delivered on repeat. The natural next step once you've worked with us on a shoot.
No cherry-picked quotes — this is what lands the moment a client sees the edit.

Questions
Video production in Birmingham, answered.
How much does video production cost in Birmingham?
Projects with Studio Forty Six start from £750 + VAT for a single shoot day. If you need ongoing content rather than a one-off project, our Flow retainer starts from £1,800/month + VAT. Every quote depends on the brief — get in touch for an exact figure.
Do you only film in Birmingham?
Birmingham is home, but we regularly film across Solihull and the wider West Midlands, and travel further for the right project — TropShip and Consol's Florida product launch are both examples of work outside the city itself.
How fast can you turn a video around?
Fast when it needs to be. Birmingham Pride's parade edit went out in four hours; Birmingham Airport's Race the Plane highlights film was delivered the next day, in time for the airport's own news cycle. Standard project turnaround is longer and depends on scope — we'll always confirm a timeline before filming starts.
Is Studio Forty Six an in-house team, or do you outsource to freelancers?
In-house. The same crew shows up every time, from the first call to the final cut — no reseller network, no rotating freelancers.
What types of video do you produce?
Event videos, promo videos, YouTube and social content, product adverts, educational and training videos, and podcast-style content — either as a one-off shoot or an ongoing monthly retainer through Flow.
